Retrieve a purchased report

Our reports are displayed online after the purchase. If you need to access a previously purchased report later, you can easily do it using the link to it from our email.

Usually the automatic email with the link is delivered shortly after the report creation. However, it may occasionally get lost or delayed due to the nature of third party email services. Please check the spam/junk mail folder as well.

Haven’t received the email?

If it’s been more than 15 minutes from your purchase and you haven’t received our automatic email, please feel free to contact us at support@thatcar.nz and let us know:

  1. The vehicle’s plate number or VIN
  2. Approximate date of the report purchase
  3. The email address used for the purchase (only needed if you are writing from a different address)

We’ll send you the link to your report.
