Retrieve a purchased report

Accidentally lost your report?

Don’t worry, it can be retrieved. First of all, please check your email. The link to your report should have been delivered to your inbox shortly after the payment.

If the email from our system is not in your inbox, please also check the spam/junk mail folder. If it's there, press the “Not spam” button to prevent this error in the future.

Haven’t received the email or accidentally deleted it?

Please contact us at support@thatcar.nz and let us know:

  1. The vehicle’s plate number or VIN
  2. Approximate date/time of the report purchase
  3. The email address used for the purchase (if you are writing from a different address)
We’ll send you a copy of the email with the link to the report.
