Retrieve a purchased report

Our reports are displayed on your screen after the purchase. You can also easily access a previously purchased report. First of all, please check your email.

Usually the automatic email with the link to the report is delivered shortly after its creation. However, it may occasionally get lost due to the nature of third party email services. Please check the spam/junk mail folder as well.

Haven’t received the email?

Please contact us at support@thatcar.nz and let us know:

  1. The vehicle’s plate number or VIN
  2. Approximate date of the report purchase
  3. The email address used for the purchase (only needed if you are writing from a different address)

We’ll send you the link to your report.
