Retrieve a purchased report

You can easily access a previously purchased report. First of all, please check your email. The link to your report should have been delivered to your inbox shortly after the payment.

If the email from our system is not in your inbox, please check the spam/junk mail folder.

Haven’t received the email?

Please contact us at support@thatcar.nz and let us know:

  1. The vehicle’s plate number or VIN
  2. Approximate date/time of the report purchase
  3. The email address used for the purchase (only needed if you are writing from a different address)
We’ll send you the link to your report.
